Huawei launched world first 7nm SoC at IFA 2018 HiSilicon Kirin 980. compared to SD 845 10nm processor 20% more improved performance and 40% more power efficiency.
The Kirin 980 is the world's first Octa-Core  processor built around with 2x high-performance ARM's Cortex-A76 CPU and 2x power efficiency Cortex-A76 CPU. the other 4 core lower power Cortex-A55 and Mali-G76 GPU
